Untuk menguji ketahanan konektor pin isolasi plug/steker terhadap panas yang tidak normal.


Untuk menentukan pengujian ketahanan terhadap panas abnormal isolasi lengan pin konektor, di menurut IEC 60884-1 angka 40, alat uji ini terdiri dari isolasi piring A dan bagian logam B. Antara dua bagian ruang udara dari 3 mm harus disediakan dan jarak ini harus diperoleh melalui cara-cara yang tidak merugikan sirkulasi udara di sekitar pin.

Standard Outfit:
1 isolasi piring A, yang bulat dan datar, tebal 5 mm, memiliki diameter sama dengan dua kali maksimum dimensi yang diizinkan keterlibatan wajah steker diberikan dalam lembar standar yang relevan,

5 bagian logam B, kuningan, panjang minimal 20 mm, bentuk yang sama seperti garis maksimum steker menurut lembar standar yang relevan,

1 thermo kopel, tipe K, dimasukkan pada jarak 7 mm dari permukaan depan bagian logam B dalam posisi simetris

For testing cord retention is for check the effectiveness of the retention of the cable of the cord anchorage . The cord anchorage is used in the normal way, clamping screws, if any, being tightened with a torque equal to two-thirds of that specified in standard. After reassembly of the specimen, the component parts shall fit snugly and it shall not be possible to push the flexible cable into the specimen to any appreciable extent. The specimen is placed in the test apparatus so that the axis of the flexible cable is vertical where it enters the specimen. - The flexible cable is then subjected 100 times to a pull of - f 50 N if the rated current is 2,5 A, - 60 N if the rated current is above 2,5 A, but not more than 16 A and the rated voltage is up to and including 250 V, - 80 N if the rated current is above 2,5 A, but not more than 16 A and the rated voltage is above 250 V, - 100 N if the rated current greater than 16 A.

Order
To determine testing resistance to abnormal heat of insulating sleeves of plug pins, in according to IEC 60884-1 figure 40, This test apparatus consists of an insulating plate A and of a metal part B: between these two parts an air space of 3 mm shall be provided and this distance shall be obtained through means which do not impair the air circulation around the pins.

Standard Outfit:
  • 1 insulating plate A, which round and flat, thick 5 mm, have a diameter equal to twice the maximum permissible dimension of the engagement face of the plug given in the relevant standard sheet, 
  • 5 metal part B, brass, length at least 20 mm, the same shape as the maximum outline of the plug according to the relevant standard sheet, 
  • 1 thermocouple, type K, is inserted at a distance of 7 mm from the front surface of the metal part B in a symmetrical position 
  • Insulation board : 5 mm thick round flat surface, diameter twice test diameter surface of the product. 
  • Metal part B (Fixture): length of more than 20 mm, Material Brass, five pieces, can be replaced. 
  • Gap between the boards of insulation and metal B : 3 mm, 
  • The distance between the metal thermocouples & B: 7 mm 
  • Metal bolt hole B : more than 0.1 mm

Untuk menentukan ketahanan abrasi isolasi dari sebuah pin konektor.

Plug pin abrasion. to determine the abrasion resistance of insulating sleeves of plug pins by moving backwards and forwards, according to SNI IEC 60884-1 Figure 28.
The test apparatus comprises a horizontally disposed beam, which is pivoted about its center point. A short length of steel wire, 1 mm in diameter and bent into a U-shape, the base of the U being straight, is rigidly attached, at both ends, to one end of the beam, so that the straight part projects below the beam and is parallel to the axis of the beam pivot.

The plug is held by a suitable clamp in such a position that the straight part of the steel wire rests on the plug pin, perpendicular to it. The pin slopes downwards at an angle of 10° To the horizontal.
The beam is loaded so that the wire exerts a force of 4 N on the pin.
