Sharp Edge Tester UM-F15

Alat uji Sharp Edge Tester (Uji Tepi Tajam) banyak digunakan diberbagai produk. Khususnya produk mainan anak. Hampir semua produk mainan anak harus lolos uji ini. Dipandang dari aspek keselamatan, produk mainan anak tidak boleh memiliki bagian-bagian yang berpotensi tajam. Setiap bagian sudut sisi atau tepi mainan yang berpotensi tajam harus di uji dengan alat ini agar tidak membahayakan anak ketika memainkannya.

Alat uji Sharp Point Tester ini dirancang sesuai standar yang di syaratkan oleh SNI ISO 8124-1 klausul 5.8, gambar 20.

Prinsip kerja alat ini adalah dengan memutar 360 drajat sebuah as madrel diameter 9,53 ± 0,12 mm  yang ujung mandrel penguji dilapisi dengan isolatif jenis khusus PTFE pada bagian mainan yang di anggap tajam. Jika terjadi robek/belah pada isolasi tadi maka mainan bagian tepi sudut mainan tersebut dianggap tajam. 

Produk alat uji Sharp Edge Tester produk kami ini dirancang portable sedemikian rupa agar mudah di gunakan dalam proses pengujian. Dilenkapi dengan pengatur besarnya gaya, tombol operasi yang mudah dan builtin batre yang dapat di charger.

Dilengkapi dengan 2 batang as madrel terbuat dari stainless stell yang dapat di pasang, dilepas atau diganti dengan sangat mudah agar sesuai dengan penggunaan & kebutuhan.
